Ten cases using decellularized allografts and xenografts for the purpose of resurfacing the first metatarsal head are reviewed in this article. PURPOSE: This study aimed to determine the outcome of perineal hernia repair with a biological mesh after abdominoperineal resection (APR).
METHOD: All consecutive patients who underwent perineal hernia repair with a porcine acellular dermal mesh between 2010 and 2014 were included. Follow-up was performed by clinical examination and MRI.

A 54-year-old woman underwent uncomplicated bilateral lower eyelid surgery for eyelid retraction using porcine decellularized membrane graft (TarSys). Left lower eyelid pain began several months after surgery and persisted until the graft was removed 15 months after implantation. The opposite eyelid graft caused no symptoms.
