OBJECTIVE: To explore the main sexuality complaints of gynecologic cancer survivors after treatment and to identify the care strategies provided.
DATA SOURCE: Searches were conducted in six electronic databases: Scopus, Web of Science, LILACS, MEDLINE, PsychINFO, and EMBASE.
STUDY SELECTION: Articles published between 2010 and 2020 were selected and the following descriptors were used in the English language: female genital neoplasms and gynaecological cancer. The methodological quality of the studies used the Mixed Methods Appraisal Tool (MMAT).

Primary vaginal cancer is a rare gynecologic malignancy, with most vaginal cancers representing metastases from other primary sites. Staging and treatment protocols are often extrapolated from those used in cervical cancer. In contemporary medicine, the roles of the pathologist and radiologist are increasingly vital in supporting diagnosis and staging. Given the rarity of this malignancy, referral to centers of excellence is recommended for further assessment and treatment.

BACKGROUND: This study aimed to examine the socio-demographic factors associated with measles vaccination coverage among Indonesian children aged 12-23 months, using data from a nationally representative survey.

ARID1A and PI3-Kinase (PI3K) pathway alterations are common in neoplasms originating from the uterine endometrium. Here we show that monoallelic loss of ARID1A in the mouse endometrial epithelium is sufficient for vaginal bleeding when combined with PI3K activation. OBJECTIVE: To compare two oncotic cervical cytology techniques, the conventional and the liquid-based cytology, in low risk patients for uterine cervical cancer.
METHODS: Comparative prospective study with 100 patients who came to their annual gynecological exam, and were submitted simultaneously to both techniques. We used the McNemar test, with a significance level of p < 0.05 to compare the results obtained related to adequacy of the smear quality, descriptive diagnosis prevalence, guided biopsy confirmation and histology.

A clinical study with Opalgyne was undertaken in order to relieve the pain due to the treatment of vulvo-vaginal condylomas. This study was performed on 16 women, 8 treated with laser, and 8 with 5 fluoro-uracil ointment. The efficacy of Opalgyne is both remarkable and regular. Therefore the experimental protocols seem to be quite heavy. The laser vaporization is definitely the best solution. But it is necessary to keep this indication only for more or less atypical viral lesions.
