INTRODUCTION: Traumatic optic neuropathy (TON) is an acute injury to the optic nerve caused by direct or indirect trauma, often resulting in vision loss. Endoscopic transsphenoidal optic nerve decompression (EOND) is a minimally invasive technique designed to relieve pressure on the optic nerve.
