CONCLUSIONS: Single and repeated episodes of acute otitis media (AOM) in 10-year-old children were associated with reported allergic disease. Further, skin prick test (SPT)-negative children with reported asthma and allergic rhinoconjunctivitis had increased risk of AOM.
