INTRODUCTION: Elderly patients with femoral neck fractures (FNFs) undergoing hemiarthroplasty usually have poor physical condition. The main aim of this study was to identify risk factors for blood transfusion in these patients and construct a nomogram to intuitively predict the requirement of transfusion.
