INTRODUCTION: Drug-induced QT interval prolongation is a major concern in new drug candidate development. This study presents a method of assessment of drug-induced QT interval prolongation without need for QT correction in conscious Beagle dogs and Cynomolgus monkeys monitored by telemetry.
