PURPOSE: The purpose of the present study was to analyze the impact of the neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) on the long-term outcomes of patients with adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC).

Histological examination showed a dense atypical lymphocytic infiltrate admixed with epithelioid cells and giant cells in the dermis associated with the features of epidermotropism and folliculotropism.
