A spontaneous intraorbital arteriovenous fistula is an extremely rare phenomenon. More commonly, arteriovenous fistulas occur spontaneously as carotid cavernous fistulas and dural cavernous fistulas or are secondary to trauma. Surgical approaches vary widely and each carries their own set of potential problems. The purpose of this single case report was to provide an example of a successful treatment of a rare, spontaneous intraorbital vascular fistula.

PURPOSE: To highlight the etiopathogenic correlations between the changes of intraocular pressure (IOP) and the retinal venous occlusion (RVO).
METHOD: A prospective clinical study for a period of 2 years (01.01.2003-12.31.2004) that included two groups of patients: group A (31 patients) with POAG and group B (14 patients) with OHT, homogeneous concerning the repartition on groups of age, sex, associated systemic conditions. BACKGROUND: To evaluate the possible effects of multiple intravitreal anti-vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) injections on intraocular pressure (IOP).
METHODS: This study included 50 eyes of 50 patients who underwent multiple (≥ 10 injections) intravitreal anti-VEGF injections in one eye with age-related macular degeneration, diabetic macular edema or retinal vein occlusion.
