MDCL: Multi-source Information Fusion and Collaborative Contrastive Learning for Inferring miRNA-Drug Sensitivity and Resistance Associations.

A growing body of evidence indicates that microRNAs (miRNAs) play essential roles in cancer progression, therapy, and drug resistance. They are increasingly recognized as promising therapeutic targets for overcoming cancer drug resistance. However, existing computational methods for predicting miRNA-drug associations are often limited by sparse labeled associations, reliance on single-modality data, and insufficient ability to capture long-range dependencies in sequences. In this study, we propose a novel deep learning framework, named MDCL, that integrates multi-source information fusion with

A source-informed framework for prioritizing emerging contaminants in complex watersheds: Hazard-exposure integration and field stress testing.

Regional management of emerging contaminants (ECs) is constrained by expanding chemical space, diverse sources, and limited monitoring coverage. We developed a source-informed regional prioritization framework integrating intrinsic hazard and exposure evidence. Intrinsic hazard comprised persistence, bioaccumulation, ecotoxicity, and human-health hazard, while exposure combined regional occurrence evidence, local emission potential derived from outfall and sector information, and a fate-adjusted relative exposure score. The two domains were geometrically integrated to generate a watershed-spec

Multi-source information fusion using CNN-LSTM-Attention for bone layer recognition in robotic orthopedic grinding.

Epiphyseal opening requires precise localization for bony bridge resection. Traditional surgery is challenged by unclear bony bridge boundary localization and inaccurate grinding precision, while existing robot-assisted operations predominantly focus on pre-operative localization with limited intraoperative autonomous decision-making capabilities. To address this, we propose a multi-source information fusion framework using a CNN-LSTM-Attention network for real-time bone layer differentiation, specifically identifying idling, cancellous, and cortical bone states, during robotic orthopedic grin
