Lymphangioma circumscriptum is a congenital lymphatic hamartoma and rarely occurs in the male genital organs. Here we report a case of acquired lymphangioma circumscriptum of scrotum following vasectomy, which has not been reported till date. High clinical suspicion index is the clue to the clinician for diagnosis; histopathological confirmation and adequate surgical excision with deep lymphatic cisterns give the best result.

An 82-year-old man presented with an itching rash on his scrotum that he had had for several years. Histopathological examination revealed a normal epidermis with multiple atypical cells, organised both solitary and group-wise within the epidermis. Disseminated aspergillar infection involving the genitourinary system is quite rare and often fatal. Only one previous case of aspergillosis of the scrotum has been reported. In the previous report, the patient died despite aggressive surgical debridement. We report a case of aspergillosis involving the scrotum in which the patient did well with conservative medical management.

BACKGROUND: Scrotal schwannoma is a rare neoplasm and poses a diagnostic challenge to urologists. This article describes a rare case of ancient scrotal schwannoma and reviews the current modality of investigation and treatment of this tumour.
CASE REPORT: A 28 year old man presented with a 3-month history of an asymptomatic scrotal swelling. Raynaud's phenomenon (RP) is characterized by local artery vasoconstriction in response to cold exposure or emotional stress. RP appears as attacks of blanching or cyanosis of digits, or both, followed by a hyperaemic phase. Usually the digits of the hands or less commonly of the feet are affected. Other sites such as nose, ears could also be affected. We report a patient who has been suffering for long time of cold induced sensitivity associated with well demarcated pallor of the scrotum.

Two men presented with asymptomatic diffuse redness of the scrotum. Examination showed angiokeratoma of Fordyce (AF), an associated finding. In our practice, AF and diffuse scrotal redness co-occur in 50% of patients. Providing reassurance to the patient is appropriate if this clinical link is detected.
