We observed the chamber angle in 47 eyes of 29 patients with primary angle-closure glaucoma using ultrasound biomicroscopy in dark and illuminated conditions. PATIENTS AND METHODS: The authors examined 386 of 446 patients with treated multibacillary Hansen disease residing in a geographically limited area.
