Herein, we report a rare case of malignant melanoma metastasis to the mammary gland. A 76-year-old woman had a tumor resection performed for primary malignant melanoma of the epipharynx. We report two rare cases of tracheobronchial injury (TBI) following endotracheal intubation. Both intubations were easy and performed by experienced anaesthetists. The injuries for both cases were possibly caused by the tip of an endotracheal tube. A 27-year-old woman regurgitated copiously during induction of general anaesthesia for a Caesarean section. The records of 207 patients evaluated and treated for breast abnormalities during a 10-yr period were reviewed. Patients ranged in age from 1 wk through 16 yr. Seventy-eight per cent were female. Operative procedures were performed in 134 patients (64%). Most common diagnoses were fibroadenoma, premature thelarche, and precocious puberty in the females, and pubertal gynecomastia in the males.
