The aim of this study was to assess the effectiveness of propafenone and quinidine to restore sinus rhythm in patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation. Disulfiram has been shown to decrease the incidence of arrhythmias in rabbits exposed to trichloroethylene. In this study additional cardiotoxic models were used to evaluate disulfiram's antiarrhythmogenicity.
