A tumor in the breast of a 67-year-old male was resected. It was grossly circumscribed and unencapsulated. Histologically, it was composed of plump and long bipolar, spindle cells arranged in fascicular clusters with intervening broad collagen bands. Hysterectomy was performed in a 64-year-old woman because of a uterine malignant tumor which extensively involved both the endometrium and the myometrium. We report a case of leiomyosarcoma arising in smooth muscle of scrotum (Dartros muscle). Morphological findings are similar to leiomyosarcomas in other sites. Because of deep location of smooth muscle in scrotal skin, scrotal leiomyosarcomas are deep located tumors lacking the indolent course described in pure dermal leiomyosarcoma.

This article presents a case of synchronous polypoid primary adenocarcinoma of the transverse colon without lymph node or distance metastasis. During the postmortem examination, polypoid smooth muscle tumors in the patient's gastrointestinal tract and extensive extraintestinal smooth muscle tumors in the patient's liver, lungs, and visceral organs, including the diaphragm, parathyroid gland, bone marrow of the vertebrae, and subcutaneous tissue of the left wrist, were reviewed to determine their origin. A case of bizarre leiomyoblastoma (BL) of the cervix uteri which developed in a 44-year-old premenopausal woman was reported. The tumor was found as a cervical polyp by routine pelvic examination.
