We describe congenital adrenal hyperplasia (CAH) due to 21-hydroxylase deficiency, which is the most common primary adrenal insufficiency in children and adolescents. OBJECTIVE: To determine the accuracy of adult height prediction in children with constitutional tall stature.
METHODS: The medical records of 138 non-syndromatic prepubertal and early pubertal children (52 male, 86 female) with a height of ≥90th percentile born between the years 1975 and 1988 were included in this study.
