In this case series (n = 7) on prostatic utricles (PU), retention of urine was seen in 5 of 7, urinary tract infection (4 of 7), recurrent epidydymo-orchitis (3 of 7), and scrotal sinus (1 of 7). Voiding cystourethrogram established diagnosis in 3 of 7 patients while CT/MRI in 4 of 7 patients. Four patients were primarily managed by cystoscopic widening of mouth of PU. We present a video of our technique for resection of a large prostatic utricle (PU) in a patient who presented initially with disordered sexual development. His karyotype was 46XY, and phenotypically had penoscrotal hypospadias, bifid scrotum, and retractile right testis. A 63-year-old lady, presented to us with nonspecific abdominal pain. Ultrasonography (USG) and CT scan abdomen and pelvis, showed right moderate hydronephrosis, with no evidence of mass at pelvi-ureteric junction (PUJ) obstruction. Per-operatively mass upper ureter was found obstructing PUJ. Mass was excised and pyeloplasty done, with Double J (DJ) Stenting. Stent was removed after a week. Histopathology of specimen showed upper ureteric Angiomyolipoma.

We report the first case of Beckwith-Wiedemann syndrome without urinary obstruction, but with a congenital urethral polyp as a tumor protruding from the external urinary meatus. We present a case of a thick transverse vaginal septum with a vesicovaginal fistula treated with vaginal expansion using dilators, followed by surgery. The finding of a urinoma in the fetal and neonatal period is almost always related to an obstruction distal to the collection itself. Syringocele is a congenital or acquired dilation of a bulbourethral Cowper's gland. An exceedingly rare case of neonatal anterior urethral obstruction caused by a syringocele and manifesting itself with a dramatic clinical onset is presented. Clinical and radiologic findings are discussed and minimally invasive therapeutic strategies emphasized.

Emphysematous pyelonephritis is a rare, but potentially lethal, possible sequela of nephrolithiasis, occurring most commonly in diabetic patients. The diagnosis of emphysematous pyelonephritis relies on the radiologic finding of gas in the renal parenchyma.
