Novel pharmaceutical vehicles, especially liposomes, can support efficacious handling of this disease both in early detection and prognosis and also in a therapeutic manner. The effects of bergapten-containing preparations in sunlight-induced skin pigmentation were evaluated. We measured the effect of vasopressin (8 mU X kg-1 X min-1) on reflex inhibition of renal sympathetic nerve activity induced by volume expansion in 13 sinoaortic-denervated anesthetized rabbits.
