Dimethylamine is a widely used commodity chemical, for which there are few chronic toxicity data. Male and female F-344 rats and B6C3F1 mice were exposed by inhalation to 0, 10, 50, or 175 ppm dimethylamine (DMA) for 6 hr/day, 5 days/week for 12 months.
