The present study aimed to identify optimal treatment intensity in children with mosaic Down syndrome (DS) and acute megakaryoblastic leukemia (AMKL). Clinical resistance to gemtuzumab ozogamicin (Mylotarg) in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is associated with blast multidrug resistance (MDR) phenotype.
