Persons undergoing physical therapy home services often have difficulty with mobility and gait. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was a relationship between gait and a rating of cognitive functioning in persons undergoing home-care physical therapy services. A consecutive series of 14 patients with chronic extensor mechanism disruption after total knee arthroplasty (TKA) were treated with allograft reconstruction. Time-dependent changes of bone mass in ambulant chronic respiratory failure patients 60 or more years of age were compared between those on home oxygen therapy (HOT) and those still free of HOT (non-HOT). BACKGROUND: Spinal dural arteriovenous fistulas (SDAVFs) are the most common spinal vascular malformations and can be a significant cause of myelopathy although they are under diagnosed.
