A prospective analysis of patients who underwent renal biopsy from January 2016 to December 2018 at the department of nephrology, Nobel Medical College Teaching Hospital, Biratnagar, Nepal was done. Combined liver kidney transplantation (LKT) has the potential to provide a complete recovery of liver and kidney failure; the literature reports an increase in LKT in the last few years and an improvement in patient and graft survival.
