A 61-year-old woman with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) who was treated with the combination of the TNF inhibitor etanercept (Enbrel) and leflunomide (Arava), developed paronychia and cellulitis of the index finger due to Mycobacterium chelonae/abscessus complex.
