Estrogen sulfoconjugation previously was reported in normal endometrium and in RL95-2 cells, a cell line derived from a human endometrial cancer maintained in continuous in vitro culture. A sensitive and specific radioimmunoassay has been developed for the measurement of serum Mb. immunization of rabbit with human Mb yielded anti-Mb antibody which was purified by affinity chromatography.
