OBJECTIVE: Dental arcade arteriovenous fistula (DA-AVF) are rare. The purpose of this study was to understand the angioarchitecture of these lesions, changing strategies of endovascular treatment and to analyse the best therapeutic option which will allow normal skeletal development especially in children.
MATERIALS AND METHODS: Retrospective study of all the patients of DA-AVF managed at our centre over the last 16 years. Detailed analysis of the clinical features, the imaging findings, endovascular treatment and angiographic outcomes was done.

A total of 536 patients with endoscopically confirmed GORD grade 0/I were included in this multicentre study. In the acute phase, patients were treated with pantoprazole 20 mg o.d. for 4 weeks to obtain symptom relief. BACKGROUND: Studies have shown that 1-week triple therapy consisting of a proton pump inhibitor, amoxycillin and clarithromycin may cure Helicobacter pylori infection in the majority of patients.
AIM: To establish whether pantoprazole plus amoxycillin in association with either azithromycin or clarithromycin is useful in curing H. pylori infection in patients with a duodenal ulcer.
