Diabetic gastroparesis is a complication of diabetes mellitus that usually responds to medical management. We report a patient in whom medical management failed, and a gastrostomy, pyloroplasty, and jejunostomy were done to insure nutrition and to decompress the stomach. Special uncertainty in diagnosis and operative therapy of infrequent hepatic and/or choledochal cyst is discussed by an own case report and recent literature. Indication for operation persists always. Best operative treatment is total excision of the cyst with Roux-en-Y hepatico-(choledocho-) jejunostomy.

We report a 42-year-old man who developed coloduodenal fistula secondary to hepatic flexure tuberculosis. Initially, feeding jejunostomy and ileostomy were done; subsequently, after antitubercular therapy, right hemicolectomy and excision of the fistula with a sleeve of duodenal wall was performed.
