Our patient suffered a perineal straddle injury, resulting in right cavernosal artery pseudoaneurysm in combination with a cavernosal-urethral fistula. A 47-year-old woman (gravida 1, para 1) with menorrhagia and pelvic pain was found to have an enlarged fibroid uterus and bladder mass on ultrasonographic imaging. The patient underwent an abdominal supracervical hysterectomy and transurethral bladder mass resection. Histopathologic findings revealed leiomyoma uteri, intramural adenomyosis, and bladder endometriosis. Most case series of bladder endometriosis include women that present with urinary symptoms. This is a rare case of obstructive uropathy secondary to bladder endometriosis in a patient without any urinary signs or symptoms.

Synchronous metastasis of renal cell carcinoma (RCC) to the ureter or the bladder represents an extremely rare event. We report one case of synchronous metastasis of RCC to the ipsilateral ureter and one case of solitary synchronous metastasis of RCC to the urinary bladder. We review the literature and discuss possible mechanisms of dissemination. We discuss the surgical management of metastases from RCC as well as the surgical options in the treatment of these rare occurrences.

Intrauterine contraceptive devices have been in use for more than 30 years. Although perforation of the uterus by an intrauterine device is not uncommon, intravesical migration with secondary stone formation is a rare complication. A case of giant congenital urethral polyp on a female newborn is reported. The lesion appeared as a large fleshy, exuberant tumor at the introitus between the labia minora. The mass was constituted by orderly arranged layers of transitional and squamous epithelium outside and loose connective tissue and smooth muscle in its core.
