The prosthetic rehabilitation is a surgical alternative in functional-aesthetic facial reconstruction when the conventional reconstructive surgery cannot be applied either because of the psychophysical conditions of the patient or because of an excessive substance loss. A retrospective analysis was performed on 1334 patients who underwent nasal reconstruction between 1986 and 2001. The senior author performed all reconstructions in this series after Mohs' histographic excisions. Only secondary reconstructions were performed without a preceding Mohs' excision. It is reported that the prognosis of relapse nasal lymphoma is invariably fatal, and high-dose chemotherapy using autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation (auto-PBSCT) has been established as an effective treatment for patients with relapsing aggressive non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. We experienced a case with T-cell lymphoma in the nasal cavity that relapsed after the initial treatment consisting of chemotherapy and radiation therapy.
