The cytotoxicity of oxidized LDL (OxLDL) towards different cell types of the arterial wall results in atherosclerotic plaque fissuring or rupture. The retinoblastoma (RB) tumor suppressor pathway is likely important in primitive neuroectodermal tumors (PNET) of the brain. To investigate the role of cyclin B1 and cdc2 in the pathogenesis and progression of malignant lymphoma, 68 cases of nodal non-Hodgkin's lymphoma were examined about the expression of cyclin B1 and cdc2 along with p53 and Ki-67 by immunohistochemical method. Mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), an uncommon and aggressive form of non-Hodgkin lymphoma, typically involves lymph nodes. It usually only secondarily involves extranodal sites.
