These results indicate that MP has beneficial effects in normalizing CBF dysautoregulation following SAH. Massive hemoptysis is an emergent and life-threatening condition with a broad range of underlying causes. Fortunately, massive hemoptysis accounts for a minority of cases of hemoptysis, ~5%.
