The surgical treatment for tubal pregnancy including laparoscopy and antibacterial therapy were combined in 30 females with early start (on postoperative day 1) of rehabilitation: psychotherapy, diet, therapeutic exercise, low-frequency magnetotherapy. Hysterosalpingography and dynamic dopplerography assessed the effect as good.

Case Report--A 33-year-old woman was examined because of primary infertility. Hysterosalpingography plus laparoscopy led to a diagnosis of the extremely rare condition of pigmentosis of the fallopian tube, with complete tubal occlusion as the cause of the infertility. The condition appeared to be idiopathic.

Ultrasonography and hysterosalpingography led to discovery of four bony plates retained in the uterine fundus after an abortion 33 months earlier and which had apparently led to secondary infertility in a 26-year-old woman. Removal of the bony plates was soon followed by a successful pregnancy.

A total of 41 patients with tubal pregnancies were treated by means of prostaglandin F2 alpha injected transabdominally into the fallopian tube. Hysterosalpingography showed tubal patency in 12 of 14 women. One intrauterine pregnancy most likely occurred via the prostaglandin-treated tube 3 months after treatment.

A rare case is described in which a diverticulum of the middle portion of the right Fallopian tube was demonstrated by hysterosalpingography. The patient aged 26 years, had a history of a ruptured left mid-tubal pregnancy 8 years previously and was suffering from infertility. The radiographic appearance of the lesion is characteristic, the aetiology is obscure and treatment should be conservative.

We report a case of fistula between the uterus and broad ligament in a 28-year-old woman after cesarean section. The patient presented with right-sided pelvic pain, which worsened during menstruation. The diagnosis was made at laparoscopy. The patient subsequently underwent successful laparoscopic repair of the fistula confirmed by hysterosalpingography 4 months after surgery.
