In this study, a very thin film of biocompatible gelatin B (GB) fabricated onto indium tin oxide (ITO)-coated glass substrate for electrochemical catalytic activity towards different metabolites has been investigated. Soot soiling is a crucial forensic parameter around gunshot lesions. Carbonization, however, can severely alter human tissues and mimic such clues. This study aims at evaluating the survival of soot soiling even after carbonization in bone. A total of 36 bovine ribs (half fleshed and half defleshed) were shot with two types of bullet (both 9-mm; full metal-jacketed and unjacketed) with a near-contact range. A simple low-cost electrochemical approach has been used to directly deposit twin-linked gold nanoparticles (TGNPs) onto transparent indium tin oxide (ITO) coated film glass. Nanocrystalline (6-8 nm) tin oxide (SnO2) thin film (100-150 nm) sensor is synthesized via sol-gel dip-coating process. Rhenium-186(tin) hydroxyethylidene diphosphonate (HEDP) is a new radiopharmaceutical that localizes in areas of osseous metastases in a manner similar to that of standard bone-scanning agents. Altogether 123 angina patients were examined using electrocardiography and scintigraphy of the myocardium with two 99m Tc radiopharmaceutical complexes: pyrophosphate and phosphone. A comparative analysis of the results obtained with different methods of investigation before and after an attack of angina pectoris was made. The authors have shown some peculiarities of radionuclide distribution in the myocardium and the diagnostic value of each method of investigation in patients with different clinical forms of angina pectoris.
