PURPOSE: The DAHANCA 6 trial evaluated tumor response and morbidity after moderate accelerated radiotherapy compared to conventional fractionated radiotherapy in patients treated for glottic squamous cell carcinoma (SCC). Further, the failure pattern and incidence of new primary tumors were explored.
