Results of 242 patients treatment, suffering the trunk and extremities covering tissues defects, which have had occur as a consequence of mechanical injury in a 2008 – 2016 yrs period, were analyzed. We investigated the usefulness of one-stage urethroplasty by the parameatal foreskin flap method (OUPF procedure), which is useful for repairing all types of hypospadias. A new technique for percutaneous release of the trigger finger is described. A 21-gauge hypodermic needle is used to release the A1 pulley. The technique is effective, convenient, safe, and well tolerated by patients. Thirty-three of 35 procedures (94%) led to complete relief of symptoms, and in the remaining two digits partial symptomatic relief was achieved. There were no significant complications. We describe the technique of implant-site split-skin grafting for the bone-anchored hearing aid (BAHA). Twenty-five patients have undergone this procedure (20 adults and five children) since 1993 with a minimum follow-up of 1 year. Fifteen adults were operated upon as single stage surgery, all other cases (including all children) were performed in two stages. In four patients (16%) significant early graft inflammation was encountered which settled with outpatient treatment. In one the abutment had to be temporarily removed to allow the graft to settle. All patients now have a stable graft site

BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE: Carboxytherapy (CXT) is a minimally invasive procedure based on percutaneous or subcutaneous microinjections of carbon dioxide.
