By studying the literatures on the adverse reaction of Yuxingcao injection, the clinical features of ADR were summed up, and the causes of ADR were analyzed through raw material, technology, chemical composition, compatibility and the clinical usage. The causes of ADR induced by Yuxingcao injection are complicated, maybe both due to the medicine itself and the incorrect clinical usage. Multi-measures including manufacture, techniques, clinical usage and some other cases should be taken to prevent the occurrence of adverse reaction of Yuxingcao injection.

We investigated bacampicillin (BAPC) granules in the field of pediatrics. 1) Average serum levels after administration of BAPC granules at a dose of 10 mg/kg as ABPC were 6.8 mug/ml at 1 hour, 1.4 mug/ml at 6 hours. Attempts were made to observe long-term form and function of neoesophagus with three pigs that survived for more than 42 months after Nitinol composite artificial esophagus replacement. Two sensitive and fast flow-injection spectrophotometric methods are proposed for the determination of frusemide or sulphathiazole based on the formation of coloured complexes between these compounds and Pd(II) at pH 5.0 and 55 degrees C. Using the peak height as a quantitative parameter, frusemide or sulphathiazole was determined at 410 nm over the range 2.0 x 10(-5)-4.0 x 10(-4) M or 5.0 x 10(-5)-3 x 10(-4) M, respectively.
