INTRODUCTION: The aim of this study was to describe the development of an integrative dataset, combining clinical and optical coherence tomography (OCT) imaging data by applying a deep learning (DL) algorithm for automated, objective, and comprehensive quantification of OCT scans in two large real-world datasets of eyes with neovascular age-related macular degeneration (nAMD). INTRODUCTION: QT prolongation is a risk factor for life-threatening arrhythmias and sudden cardiac death. In large cohorts, QT interval was associated with all-cause mortality, but these analyses may contain residual confounding. Whether the QT interval provides prognostic information above and beyond a validated mortality risk score is unknown.
