Sarcoidosis is a systemic granulomatous disease, frequently involving the lungs, lymph nodes, eyes and skin. Gastric sarcoidosis is very rare. We report three patients diagnosed initially with gastric sarcoidosis. Two had no other identified involvement, and one had involvement of the lungs and hilar lymph nodes.
