Female genital cosmetic surgery (FGCS) aims to alter the structure and appearance of female genitalia to attain the desired shape, size or look, or to decrease labial interference during intercourse, relieve pain and discomfort with clothing and exercise or decrease vaginal caliber and laxity. BACKGROUND: Vesicovaginal fistulas (VVF) are the most commonly acquired fistulas of the urinary tract, but we lack a standardized algorithm for their management. Surgery is the most commonly preferred approach to treat women with primary VVF following benign gynaecologic surgery.
OBJECTIVE: To carry out a systematic review and meta-analysis on the effectiveness of operative techniques or conservative treatment for patients with postsurgical VVF. Our secondary objective was to define the surgical time and determine the types of study designs.

PURPOSE OF REVIEW: Epidemiologic data suggests that our population greater than 65 years of age will nearly double. In addition, the incidence of women undergoing surgery for pelvic organ prolapse will rise. AIMS: Recently, nerve-sparing (NS) techniques have been incorporated in surgeries for deep infiltrating endometriosis (DIE) to prevent urinary complications. Our aim was to perform a systematic review and meta-analysis to assess the risk of urinary retention after NS surgery for DIE compared with classical (non-NS) techniques.
METHODS: Following the MOOSE guidelines for systematic reviews of observational studies, data were collected from published research articles that compared NS techniques with non-NS techniques in DIE surgery, with regard to post-operative urinary complications.

OBJECTIVE: To report 3 cases of pseudoclitoromegaly and to describe the strategies used for differential diagnosis and treatment.
METHODS: Three cases and a literature review were described in this study.
RESULTS: Three cases referred for treatment of clitoromegaly were in fact cases of pseudoclitoromegaly caused by a hamartoma, a neurofibroma, and a hemangioma of the clitoral prepuce. Abnormal virilization was excluded and the tumors were successfully treated by surgical resection and genital esthetic reconstruction.
CONCLUSION: Clitoral abnormalities not associated with virilization syndr

Vaginal leiomyoma is a rare solid tumour of unknown aetiology, which usually develops in women between the ages of 35 and 50. As it presents with a wide range of symptoms, diagnosis is based on histological findings.
