We present a case of multifocal micronodular pneumocyte hyperplasia (MMPH), lymphangiomyomatosis (LAM) and angiomyolipoma (AML) in a 33-year-old woman with tuberous sclerosis complex referred to us during her first pregnancy. Computed tomography of the chest showed diffuse micronodules and cysts in both lungs. Compared to those before pregnancy, the number of micronodules increased evidently. We describe 27 cases of bone tumours or tumour-like lesions where there was spontaneous regression. The follow-up period was 2.8-16.7 years (average, 7.0 years). Fourteen of these cases were no longer visible on plain radiographs. We report a case of a 1-month-old infant with multiple intracardiac rhabdomyomas. In contrast to the known natural history of rhabdomyomas to show postnatal regression, this patient showed marked tumor progression prior to initiation of tumor regression at 10 months of age. In the absence of pronounced cardiovascular compromise, this finding should serve to encourage continued conservative management of rhabdomyomas despite tumor progression.

We report 2 cases of partially regressed malignant melanoma in which the brisk lymphocytic response closely resembled mycosis fungoides in 1 case and nodular sclerosing Hodgkin lymphoma in the other.
