OBJECTIVES: To evaluate the incidence of infectious complications after receiving alemtuzumab as part of a conditioning regimen for allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) in Korean patients.

We reported here on a case of limited cutaneous systemic sclerosis (lcSSc) with aplastic anemia treated by anti-thymocyte globulin and cyclosporin A. The use of this therapy resulted not only in marrow recovery but also in resolution of the skin sclerosis.
