The authors describe a case of Ollier's syndrome which developed in a 31-year-old female patient. The patient manifested hypertrophy of osseous and soft tissues, deformity of the dorsum sellae and of the walls of the cavernous sinus and siphon of the internal carotid artery. In the clinical picture of the disease, one could see symptoms of the impairment of pairs III and VI of the craniocerebral nerves, pains due to the irritation of the first branch of nerve V.

A study was made of the status of the central nervous system in 91 neonates born to mothers with a history of threatened abortion. Using consecutive Wald's analysis the role was estimated of the clinical characteristics of pregnancy and delivery, and of the content of hormones (estriol, estradiol, progesterone, testosterone) as well as of cyclic adenosine-3,5-monophosphate, detected in the future mother over pregnancy, in the genesis of neurological disorders in the child.

As many as 120 men suffering from chronic recurrent radicular syndrome of the lumbosacral localization were discovered to have premorbid weakness of sexual constitution and phenomena of functional hypogonadism manifesting itself in imbalance of gonadotropic hormones and sexual dysfunction. To correct the disorders found, use was made of chorionic gonadotropin as part of multimodality therapy, which led to acceleration of painful radicular syndrome regress, less frequent occurrence of disease relapses and contributed to sexual rehabilitation if combined with familial psychotherapy.

Short-latent stem evoked potentials (SSEP) in response to acoustic stimulation (AS) were explored in 44 children with mild craniocerebral injury.
