OBJECTIVE: To investigate the clinicopathologic features of adult-onset autoimmune enteropathy (AIE).
METHODS: A case of adult-onset AIE was described along with a literature review.
RESULTS: A 41-year-old male patient was admitted for intractable diarrhea for more than three months despite of any dietary restriction or anti-inflammatory therapy. The aim of our study was to estimate the viability of cat epididymal sperm in short time storage at +4 degrees C and in long term storage at -196 degrees C and to assess the percentage of live sperm in fresh semen using eosin/nigrosin staining compared to the flow cytometry method.
