We investigated 5 cases with brain tumors composed ofneuronal and astrocytic differentiated tumor cells occurring in the cerebral hemispheres of adults. Patients ranged from 33 - 69 years of age, 3 females and 2 males. Radiologically, contrast enhancement was demonstrated in these tumors. The ultrastructure of irradiated rabbit thyroid gland (0 Gy, as control, 4 Gy, 8 Gy, 12 Gy, 16 Gy and 20 Gy X-ray) is studied. We report a case of primary epithelioid hemangioendothelioma of the liver occurring in a patient with primary biliary cirrhosis, stage III. The hepatic tumor was found incidentally by imaging techniques and was surgically resected under a tentative diagnosis of metastatic carcinoma. RNA modification pathways are often misregulated in various cancers, with N6-methyladenosine (m6A) having a pivotal role in cancer progression and metastasis.
