PURPOSE: To report a case of insect corneal foreign body with in vivo confocal microscopy performed.
METHODS: Clinical presentation, clinical pictures, and treatment are discussed. Confocal microscopy of the injured cornea was performed in areas showing foreign bodies with and without infiltrations seen under the slit-lamp.
CONCLUSION: Confocal microscopy is useful in detection of subtle inflammatory reaction, monitoring the progress of the injury and decision of treatment plans.

PURPOSE: To present anterior segment optical coherence tomography (AS-OCT) findings of the Kayser-Fleischer (KF) ring in Wilson disease (WD) and to discuss the potential advantages of evaluating the KF ring by AS-OCT.

PURPOSE: Posterior amorphous corneal dysgenesis is a rare disorder previously described in only four families. We expanded the spectrum of findings and updated the classification by adding seven additional cases.
METHODS: Three index cases were identified during ophthalmic examination at the El Maghraby Eye Hospital and Eye Center in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. We examined all available members of three families of different ethnic origin (Saudi Arabian, Egyptian, and Indian) and found seven cases of affected patients.
