OBJECTIVE: To investigate the correlation between the apoptosis of psoriatic keratinocytes (KCs) in the psoriatic lesions and patient's condition.
METHODS: Thirty patients with psoriasis were included. Activated caspase-3 was examined by colorimetric method in skin biopsy specimens.
