Operative treatment of large bladder-vaginal-urethral defects is a problem, especially after radiogenic tissue damage. Successful reconstruction of the defect is only possible when healthy and sufficiently perfused tissue is used. This may be obtained by the interposition of pedicles omentum flap. OBJECTIVE: Management of complex foot injuries including skin, tendons, vessels, bone, with soft tissue defects is considered as an orthopedic challenge. Microsurgical free muscle flaps provide the best solution in such cases.

PURPOSE: The purpose of this study was to assess results of treatment of rectovaginal fistulas (excluding pouch vaginal fistulas) that have failed previous attempts at repair.
METHOD: A retrospective chart review of all patients presenting with nonhealing rectovaginal fistula was performed.

An inherent shortcoming of generic musculoskeletal models is their inability to accurately model deformed musculoskeletal system, while generating fully personalized models are time and money consuming.
