PURPOSE: This study was aimed to the evaluation of the features of diagnosis and treatment of various urination disorders by physicians of the Republic of Dagestan.

OBJECTIVE: To describe trends in opioid consumption in Israel (morphine, methadone, oxycodone, pethidine, fentanyl, buprenorphine, codeine, and dextropropoxyphene) over the 9 years, 2000-2008, and to explore explanations for changes in consumption, in amounts and the pattern.

The aim of this project was to develop evidenced based guidelines for the diagnosis and management of idiopathic normal pressure hydrocephalus (iNPH). An advisory panel consisting of the authors assisted by international experts met on several occasions and formulated preliminary guidelines for iNPH managemen. This article is a retraction of the conclusions drawn in a previous article, published as part of a special October 2001 issue of the Journal of Clinical Psychology on Thought Field Therapy (TFT). I decided to write this retraction after reconsidering a number of issues raised in the critiques of the articles. Additionally, subsequent misinterpretations of the literature on heart rate variability (HRV) by Roger Callahan, which led to further questioning of his premises and claims regarding TFT and HRV as represented in the articles, are discussed.
