Alveolar soft part sarcoma (ASPS) of the uterine cervix is a rare malignancy, and 21 cases have been reported the literature from every language (including our case). Herein, we describe a 17-yearold female patient who presented with active vaginal bleeding. Pelvic examination revealed a 1.6 ×1.0×0.5-cm-sized soft mass protruding from the uterine cervix. Aggressive angiomyxoma (AA) is a rare myofibroblastic tumor, usually affecting young women. Two patients, one with a vaginal and the other with a vulvar mass underwent surgical intervention with different preoperative diagnoses; the former as vaginal cyst and the latter as vulvar hernia. Unfortunately, the pathological evaluation of the specimens revealed aggressive angiomyxoma. Misdiagnosis of this tumor is a common problem.

Polyps of the vagina are rare and are either of inflammatory/reactive or neoplastic origin. A case of extraovarian Brenner tumour of the vagina in a postmenopausal woman, who presented with a vaginal polyp, is described. The polyp was excised and on histological examination, had the triphasic pattern (transitional, glandular and stromal) characteristic of Brenner tumour. The histogenesis of Brenner tumour is discussed in the context of this unusual location and the controversy of its origin.
