Assessment of motivation using forced-choice testing is described and illustrated with case reports. Two injured workers with protracted disability complained of numbness and loss of sensation in their fingers. Clients of female sex workers (CFSW) are at high risk of HIV transmission. Circumcision reduces the risk of heterosexual transmission of HIV. Anterior cervical fractional interspace decompression (ACFID) is an anterior cervical partial discectomy that provides adequate neuroforaminal decompression but avoids segmental collapse and spontaneous fusion.
