We present a case of papillary cystadenoma of the right epididymis in a 52-year-old man. He visited our hospital complaining of painless mass in his right scrotum. This painless hard mass was palpable at the head of his right epididymis and was 1 cm in diameter. Right epididymectomy was performed. A histological examination revealed epithelial proliferation of ectatic efferent ducts and microcysts filled with papillary processes, and a diagnosis of papillary cystadenoma of the right epididymis was made. Cystadenoma is a rare lesion of the pancreas. A case is reported in which the tumour was initially misdiagnosed as a pseudocyst and inappropriate surgery performed. The patient subsequently presented with gastro-intestinal haemorrhage and the tumour was resected. The diagnosis and management of cystic lesions of the pancreas are discussed, stressing the need for complete pre-operative investigation in order that incorrect treatment is avoided.

The authors describe a rare clinical observation: development of the serous papillary cystadenoma of the borderline malignancy in the rectum in a 53 year-old women. 20 years ago she was operated on and bilateral ovarian tumors were removed. Of 96 previously reported apocrine cystadenomas, more than 90% were located on the face, ears, or scalp; the remainder occurred on the chest, axilla, or prepuce. Apocrine cystadenoma should be considered in the differential diagnosis of solitary blue, gray, or flesh-colored cystic nodules in those areas.

An 18 year-old resident of Zagreb was admitted to our hospital with intermittent pain in the right subcostal region. On examination, a palpable resistance was found in the upper abdomen. After extensive clinical and laboratory tests, a tumor of the pancreatic head, 80-85 mm in diameter, was verified. Cytologically, a diagnosis of microcystic adenoma of the pancreas was established. The patient underwent a cephalic pancreatoduodenectomy with preservation of the pylorus. This study reports a rare case of a mucinous cystic tumor of the urachus with low malignant potential in a 77 - year - old male, aiming to explore its diagnosis and treatment strategies. The patient had an accidental finding of a 10.7 × 4.8 cm cystic mass in the urachus during an abdominal CT scan for pneumonia. Biliary cystadenoma, a rare potentially malignant hepatic cystic lesion, is characterized by multiloculations and septations. It is common in middle-aged females (about 5% of nonparasitic liver cysts); only 12 cases are described in children. We report a rare case of hepatic biliary cystadenoma in a 3-year-old girl, with a gradually increasing lump in the right upper abdomen. Complete excision with a healthy liver margin was done.
