Laryngeal electromyography (LEMG) is a valuable adjunct in clinical management of patients with voice disorders. LEMG is valuable in differentiating vocal fold paresis/paralysis from cricoarytenoid joint fixation. Eighteen idiopathic toe walkers were evaluated by gait electromyography to define muscle timing abnormalities.
